How to Order Online
- Browse through the catalog to find the
selection you desire. Do this by using our catalog
search on the products page.
You may use the drop down menu to select a category, type
in keywords to narrow your search and even choose to view
only those items that are on sale.
- This will bring up a list of items that
match your search. Click on any of the items to view
a large picture and more details.
- If the item has options (such as color
or size), be sure to choose the one you want.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button.
This will take you to the shopping cart area.
- If this is your first time ordering with
us, you will be asked for your zip code. This is necessary
to accurately calculate shipping totals. Enter your
zip code and click continue.
- Next you will arrive at your shopping cart.
This screen displays all the items currently in your cart.
Here you may change your quantities, delete unwanted items,
clear your basket or enter any gift certificate codes applicable.
- If you are finished shopping and ready
to check out, click "check out." If you
would like to view more frames, click the "continue
shopping" link at the bottom of the page to return.
- Continuing to check out, you will arrive
at the log in screen. If this is your first time shopping
with Ozark Flag, you will be prompted to create an account.
Creating a personal account will allow you access to check
your order status and purchase history online. If
you do not wish to create an account, you can still place
an order. However, you will not be able to track it
online once the order is placed.
If you have already created an account, type your user name
and password to continue.
If you need to create an account, click create an account
and enter your information.
- Enter your payment information. Ozark
Flag accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
Click "Continue."
- Confirm your information is correct and
choose your preferred shipping option. Once you have
confirmed your information is correct, click "Confirm
Order." You will notice the button change as
your order is processed. Only click once as clicking
multiple times may result in multiple orders being placed.
- Next, you will be taken to your online
receipt. This screen will provide you with an order
number. Use this number when tracking the order or
in any correspondence regarding this order. A copy
of this receipt will be sent to the email address you provided
at check out. This is your receipt. Please print
a copy for your records.
- Please Note: You may click View
Shopping Cart at any time during your shopping experience
to view and edit the items already selected. You may
also log
in at any time.

Your Personal Account
Logging in to your account at Ozark Flag
allows you to check the status of your orders and review
your purchase history. Creating your own account ensures
you only have to type your shipping information once.
Any time you come back, just enter your email address and
